*Note: After your Retreat experience, we ease you into accountability with cohort group check-ins for your 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day milestones. Cohort group check-ins are 45 minutes and facilitated in-person, online, and/or over the phone, as we accommodate everyone’s availability. We provide all support materials, guides, and care packages.
For Committed Pause. members, two 45-MIN individual sessions between you and our founders are also included in your program.
