More about Let’s Vibe L3C

Let’s Vibe℠ is a low-profit limited liability company and a social enterprise founded by Diamond Greer and Karen Spears in Chicago, IL. Our mission is to close the global leadership and equity gap. Our agenda is Personal Wellness & Development. We create moments for people to feel more connected, included, and equal around the world. Each moment prioritizes all women within the gender spectrum and holds space for gender non-binary people.

We value Community, Authenticity, Clarity, and Access.

We facilitate moments of Pause.
— Let's Vibe

More about our Community

We hope that our community of incredible humans becomes your community of support, accountability, and affirmation.

We first began our Let's Vibe journey in 2015 with a mission to connect and develop 40 women as a collective in Chicago. Since then, we've grown into a community-based ecosystem of hundreds of women around the world. We've gained dozens of partners, sponsors, and clients who are committed to holding for (cis and trans) women and gender non-binary people. Along our journey, we noticed an essential need among our community - the need to pause. This world is fast-paced, and we all need moments of restoration, clarity, and grounding from time to time.

With dozens of moments (whether workshops, events, or coffees) facilitated, we realized the value we actually bring to the lives within our community - a moment to Pause. From our community sharing ideas of a new business or reflecting on what's blocking them from experiencing a fulfilled life, the moments we've facilitated and shared continue to make a meaningful impression (and, at times, change lives!). We live for the moments with entrepreneurs and organizations where we help transform visions for their lives, careers, products, services, and brands into realities.

So, here we are. Unapologetically creating space and necessary moments for you to Pause.

“Could not have found a better kick-start than the New Year New Vibe event hosted by Let’s Vibe at evolveher. I walked in and had to identify my vibe: 'Clear.' So true. When it came time to 'Ideate,' I dreamed big and decided I wanted to show and sell a painting this year. A nod to my younger self, who I have ignored for such a long time.

I was afraid to take up art again, at all. But FEAR is an obstacle I am choosing to set aside forever. I said to myself, 'just do it.' And when I talked to my community - the Vibe tribe as I like to call them - I got such wonderful support. 'Just be an artist.' Make what I am afraid of - 'my inspiration.' Be myself; 'it only takes one person. . . . The right person will come.'

Guess what? Those voices were right. I am an artist, my fear was my inspiration and the right person came along .... ME. The very next day, I painted the first painting I have painted in probably 10 years. It felt good and it fell right out of me.

Over the course of the next two weeks, I painted two more paintings. And I am entering them into an art show. To be SHOWN. Maybe one will be accepted. Maybe I’ll sell one. It doesn’t matter though, because I painted. And I will continue to do so.

So thank you, and thank you to the Let’s Vibe collective.

Here’s to painting #1 - Muse-Burnt Out. ”
