The more thankful I became, the more my bounty increased. That’s because - for sure - what you focus on expands. When you focus on the goodness in life, you create more of it.

1) Know that time is a gift. Precious, unpredictable, and limited - time is the most valuable yet scarce resource that is given with no guarantee. You can make the most of it.

2) Celebrate that you are here, and that is miraculous in and of itself. Have you celebrated yourself? Did you know you are worthy and deserving of celebration? You have overcome much more than you imagined. You are still here. Honor your journey and your presence.

3) Identify three things that bring you joy, right now. The little things often make a world of difference. Name your three. Need help? Breathing is definitely one.

4) Have a practice of thankfulness. Whether this is writing in a journal, glancing at a great quote on a stick-e, or saying "thank you" to those who make you smile, create a simple routine. *cue Oprah*
